Music is such an integral part of The Maynard, and this week’s Year 3 and 4 Musical Showcase was a lovely celebration of the Junior School musicians, with a special focus on the enjoyment and fun the girls have as they continue to learn about music.
They shared their favourite pieces with the audience and it was such a pleasure to watch girls delight in their performances, building confidence and being cheered on by friends. The Showcase ended with Mrs Smith, Head of Pre-Prep and Junior Music, being presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to recognise her tireless dedication to making The Maynard music provision as excellent as it is, including events such as these.
