Congratulations to our intrepid Ten Tors teams who braved their first camp in the wilderness last weekend! Starting bright and early on the cold but clear Saturday morning, all four teams tackled their routes (between 24km and 27km) with vigour, making their way from Cadover Bridge to their wild camp near Peter Tavy on the North Moor and even finishing early! They then had their first exciting experience with wild camping, putting their new skills into practice – what a way to experience the beauty of Dartmoor from a whole new perspective. Well done to everyone for such a successful outing!
