The Lower Sixth geographers enjoyed four very full days in the breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia over 10 – 13 March 2017. From exploring upland and lowland glaciation, through to measuring till cliffs on the North Wales coast to find evidence of the direction of ice flow, there was plenty to investigate in this diverse landscape . Trips such as these are vital to support classroom study and serve as the perfect vehicle to stimulate learning in a real environment.
