Our first musical extravaganza of 2024 featured 16 of The Maynard’s talented young musicians performing in a Teatime Concert in the Main School Hall. With a tango, a hornpipe, some Dolly Parton and Maroon 5, traditional folk music, film music, works by local composers and an abridged version of John Cage’s 4’33, it was certainly a highly varied programme and a feast for the ears!
Congratulations to all our performers, many of whom were performing their first solo in the Senior School. Standing ovation indeed!
