It has been a whirlwind of activity in our Food & Nutrition Department since lockdown was lifted and we could all be back in school again. This week (w/c 26 April 2021), the Year 6s baked delicious cookies, the Upper 4s (Year 9s) made panna cotta and crème brûlée (as part of their module on the importance of calcium in teenagers’ health) and the Lower 4 group (Year 8) produced some exquisite looking bread!
