Maynard sport just isn’t slowing down! The Area Cross Country at Blundell’s School earlier this week saw vibrant sunshine – not your typical cross country weather! – and all our girls having a great time pushing themselves to their limits despite the unusually warm temperatures. They ran brilliantly with amazing results – special shout-out to podium finishers Issy (Upper 4, Year 9) who came 1st in the Junior race, Issy (Upper 5, Year 11) who came 2nd in the Intermediate race, and Maya who came 2nd in the Upper 3/Year 7 race. With such exceptional rankings, some girls are now through to the Exeter vs East Devon round at the end of the month! An absolutely HUGE well done is definitely in order for all involved!
