The youngest members of our school community had a wonderfully jolly time in the sun at the Pre-Prep Sports Day yesterday!
Representing their House teams in fun bright colours, they took part in a grand athletes’ procession warm up followed by all sorts of wild and whacky contests, from an ice cream cone race to a ribbon relay and a turtle and spoon race to the classic Great Maynard House Steeplechase.
Parents and guardians cheered girls on the whole time and many couldn’t resist getting involved in their own Parent and Sibling race too!
The excitement of the day concluded with a lovely medal ceremony, celebrating how every single girl tried her best and has heaps to be proud of. Very well done to all!
